Dvorsky's is a family owned business, founded by Catherine Dvorsky in 1959, when she began creating her own costumes in her basement every Halloween. A perfectionist, her costumes had to be the best and most original -and won countless prizes at costume contests. Soon, others began seeking out her costumes and she began to rent them out. Three generations later, Dvorsky's is still providing our customers with the freshest, most original designs.

Catherine Dvorsky, died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005. The store will still be open for Halloween, but she will be greatly missed.
